Klinisches Management beim Androgeninsensivitätssyndrom

Zusammenfassung

Das Androgeninsensitivitätssyndrom (testikuläre Feminisierung) ist ein insgesamt seltenes Krankheitsbild, welches charakterisiert ist durch Patienten mit einem männlichen Karyotyp aber weiblichen Phänotyp. Wir schildern den Fall eines kompletten Androgeninsensitivitätssyndroms mit dem seltenen Zufallsbefund von beidseits angelegten Tuben und einer testikulären intraepithelialen Neoplasie in den exstirpierten Gonaden. Außerdem werden Aspekte der Inzidenz, molekularbiologischen Grundlagen, Ausprägung, Diagnosestellung und Therapie vor dem Hintergrund der aktuellen Literatur diskutiert.

Abstract

The seldom occurring androgen insensitivity syndrome is characterised by male karyotype in a phenotypical women. We report on a complete androgen insensitivity syndrome with the rare coincidence of bilateral Fallopian tubes and a testicular intraepithelial neoplasia. Additionally we discuss aspects of incidence, molecular background, characteristics, diagnostic pitfalls and therapy against the background of the current literature.
